We charge based on square footage and other factors.

Do you bring all your own equipment and supplies?

Yes, we will bring all our own supplies and equipment necessary for each clean.However, if a customer has a specialized product or equipment that they prefer our cleaners to use, we Will honour that request.

What if the clean is not to my satisfaction?

We have a 48-satisfaction guarantee policy. If the cleaning is not to your satisfaction, our cleaners will Come back and rectify the issue at no extra cost.

Do I need to be home during a cleaning service?

No, you will not need to be home during a cleaning.

Do you work weekends?

Yes, we work weekends and holidays if necessary.

Do you use ecofriendly products?

We do have ecofriendly products that we will use if requested.

What if you break or damage something in my home?

We are a licensed cleaning company; so if any of our cleaners break or damage any items, it will be paid For or replaced.

Will you move my furniture?

We do not move any heavy furniture due to liability and safety precautions.
